AKG C 414 B-TL II MICROPHONE
AKG combines the best of old and new designs in the C 414 B-TLII. Although similar in appearance to the C 414B-ULS, the TLII differs in two important aspects. First, the capsule is a faithful sonic re-creation of the legendary CK12 capsule used in the classic AKG C 12, with its famous “voice friendly” sound with incredible presence, clarity and intelligibility. Second, the unit uses Ultra Linear Series transformerless output circuitry for a warmer, richer low end, extended dynamic range and low distortion. The result is a microphone perfect for digital recording that captures all the nuances of voices and instruments with incredible accuracy. Features include 4 switchable polar patterns, a three-position bass roll-off switch and a three-position pre-attenuation pad.
